The British used this chemical weapon, shortly after WW1 and not yet banned by Geneva Convention, to put down indigenous rebellions. Iraqi might be one of the first to rudely awake to this desert mirage called “fighting-for-freedom-and-democracy”. When their hard fight driving out the Ottoman Turks got them a new master, Britain.

Another fact that the holier-than-thou West doesn't want people to know.

Dennis Lo, Vancouver, BC.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16656455653229587383noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5350310036173454360.post-4640368561106328052009-09-14T13:02:50.863+08:002009-09-14T13:02:50.863+08:00Another little known event in WW2 that the West li...Another little known event in WW2 that the West likes to bury deep:

Two months before the 1944 Normandy Invasion, a landing exercise at Slapton Sands in South-Western England turned into a disaster. A US troop carrying ship was sunk by a German torpedo boat, killing more than 600 soldiers. This amount was more than 3 times the American combat-kill at Utah Beach! In contrast, the Soviets sacrificed more than 100,000 at the Battle of Berlin alone.

Of course, a lot of American thought Saving Private Ryan was real!

Dennis Lo, Vancouver, BC.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16656455653229587383noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5350310036173454360.post-58096954389359672372009-09-14T12:41:23.511+08:002009-09-14T12:41:23.511+08:00Water,
